The Executive Age

Since the Industrial Revolution, organizations have held roughly one shape: the perfect triangle with  a vision layer, a strategic layer, a Middle, and an operational layer. The Middle is the layer that takes strategy apart and makes it executable.

It is also the layer currently being removed. Amazon, Google, Block, Citigroup and Salesforce have all cut management layers and attributed the move to AI. On paper the logic is clean. A small number of people, a large amount of payroll, and executives who already hold the plans.

We Diagnose before We Prescribe.

Every engagement starts the same way: we find out what is actually happening in your
organization, and with your people before anyone proposes a solution.

Diagnose

Where does alignment actually break? We work through your leadership team, your decision patterns, and the distance between what is said at the top and what is understood three layers down.

DECiDE

The diagnostic sets the stage for your Decision Register. This is a written record of the decisions your organization has been avoiding, deferring, or re-making. It is usually uncomfortable. It is the most valuable document we produce.

GUIDED INSTALLATION

We guide your leaders in building the structure that closes the gap: shared purpose, clear decision rights, and communication that survives the trip from the leadership room to the floor.

VERIFY

We test whether it holds without us and without you in every room. If it does not hold, we are not finished.

DEVELOP

We work 1:1 with leaders to develop their skills, challenge their limits and help them reach their goals.

We do not sell packages. Engagements are scoped after the diagnostic, because a ninety-day problem and a three-year problem should not be priced the same or treated the same. Some of our work runs a month. Some engagements run across years.

Rachel spent roughly twenty-five years inside organizations before she started advising them. She sat in the executive hot-seat as a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Marketing Officer, and a Chief Product Officer.

She has carried a vision her team could not quite see and the board needed to be convinced of. She has made consequential decisions without a neutral sounding board. She has watched an organization's momentum depend entirely on her own attention, and understood what that costs.
