Rachel spent roughly twenty-five years inside organizations before she started advising them, as a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Marketing Officer, and a Chief Product Officer.

She knows the specific exhaustion of carrying a vision her team could not quite see. Of making consequential decisions with no neutral sounding board. Of watching an organization’s momentum track her own attention, and understanding what that costs a company over time.

That experience shapes how Delta Catalyst Lab works. The firm starts with a diagnostic rather than a framework, because Rachel has been on the receiving end of frameworks that did not fit. It produces a written Decision Register, because she has watched organizations re-make the same decision four times without noticing. And it tests whether the structure holds without the founder in the room, because that was the problem she needed solved.

Today she leads the firm’s method and its most complex engagements, and is progressively handing delivery to practitioners certified in it.

Rachel is a strategic growth executive with over 20 years of experience transforming and scaling businesses through innovative marketing strategies, tech-enablement, operational efficiencies, strong external relationships and cross-functional leadership.
