The Executive Alignment Intensive
Creating alignment through purpose and toward priorities.
A 90-day engagement for CEOs/founders and their leadership teams to align collectively.
Does This Sound Familiar?
You have built something real. The company is growing, the team is capable, and by most measures you are succeeding.
But, something is off. Decisions that should be straightforward take longer than they should. Your leadership team is strong individually but not always rowing together. Communication from the top lands differently than you intended. You are pulled into situations you should not have to manage. And somewhere along the way, what used to feel like an accomplishment, now feels like a grind.
You are not burned out. You are not failing. You are carrying more than you should be, and it is not obvious why.
Here is what we find in nearly every organization at this stage.
Here is what we find in nearly every organization at this stage: the problem is not the team, the strategy, or the market. It is that nothing carries purpose and priority across the distance between the leadership room and the floor. And that gap cannot be closed in an organization until it is closed at the top.
The Cost of Staying Misaligned
Most leaders assume the friction they feel is normal. It isn’t. And it isn’t free.

There’s a Better Way to Lead
Introducing The Executive Alignment Intensive
Purpose. Alignment. Leadership.
Developed & Delivered by a Simon Sinek Certified WHY Coach A structured 90-day engagement that moves you from personal clarity to full organizational alignment — starting with you, building through your leadership team, and anchoring into your company’s culture. This is not a training program. There are no workbooks to complete alone, no video modules to watch at 1.5x speed, and no certificate at the end that lives in your LinkedIn profile. This is a working engagement — built entirely around your situation, your team, and your WHY. Here’s how it works.
What the 90 Days Look Like
[ PHASE 1]
Executive WHY Discovery
Weeks 1–2
Before anything changes in your organization, you need a clear picture of what drives you.
Through a certified Simon Sinek WHY Discovery process, you’ll uncover your personal WHY — your core purpose and the unique contribution you’re wired to make. Your HOWs — the values and strengths that define how you operate at your best. And your optimal working conditions — the environments that bring out your highest performance, and the friction points that quietly drain you.
Most executives have spent decades developing their professional skills. Very few have ever stopped to articulate what actually drives them. This is where that changes.
You’ll walk away with: Your personal WHY Statement and HOWs Profile — a written document you’ll reference for every major decision, communication, and leadership challenge going forward.
[ PHASE 2]
1:1 Executive Advisory
Weeks 1–12 — Throughout the Engagement
Running alongside every phase of this engagement, you have six private coaching sessions — a space where you can say the things you can’t say anywhere else.
No agenda imposed from the outside. No performance review. Just an honest, confidential conversation with someone who has been in the seat you’re sitting in, and who brings both understanding and neutrality to everything you’re working through.
Each session is designed to help you process decisions with clarity rather than anxiety, identify the undercurrents quietly influencing your culture, and build the kind of confidence in your communication that comes from knowing exactly who you are and what you stand for.
Format: 6 bi-weekly 60-minute sessions throughout the 90-day engagement
[ PHASE 3]
Leadership Team WHY Discovery
Weeks 3–5
Once you have your own clarity, we bring the process to your leadership team.
Each person goes through their own individual WHY and HOWs discovery. Then the group comes together to share what they’ve uncovered.
What happens in that room is unlike any team-building experience your leaders have had before. When people can see what actually drives each other — instead of assuming — the dynamic shifts. Friction that looked like personality conflict becomes understandable. Differences that felt like obstacles reveal themselves as complementary strengths. Teams that know each other’s WHY communicate more honestly, collaborate more naturally, and trust each other more deeply.
You’ll walk away with: Individual WHY and HOWs profiles for each team member, plus a Team WHY Map showing the full landscape of purpose and values across your leadership group.
[ PHASE 4]
Alignment & Communication Development
Weeks 6–10
This is the work most leadership programs skip entirely.
With individual WHYs established, we do something that changes how your entire organization experiences their work: we show each person exactly how their personal purpose connects to the company’s WHY.
When your leaders can see that line — even indirectly — work stops feeling like a job and starts feeling like a calling. That’s not a motivational phrase. It’s what happens when purpose is real and explicitly connected.
Through a series of guided working sessions, you’ll develop your Company WHY Statement — a clear, compelling articulation of your organization’s purpose that your team can actually feel, not just recite. Your Individual-to-Company WHY Ladder — a visual map showing each leader exactly where their personal purpose connects to the mission. And your Leadership Communication Framework — practical language your leaders can use to communicate direction, priorities, and purpose consistently across the organization.
You’ll walk away with: Three living documents your leadership team will use every day.
[ PHASE 5]
Integration & Sustainability
Weeks 11–12
The final phase is about making sure what you’ve built doesn’t stay on a slide deck.
We close the engagement with a clear plan for embedding your WHY Alignment System into hiring, onboarding, performance conversations, and team communication. A 90-day action plan for sustaining alignment as your team grows and evolves.
You’ll walk away with: The WHY Alignment Playbook — a complete reference document containing all profiles, frameworks, ladders, and your sustainability plan. Everything in one place, built to outlast the engagement.
What You’ll Have at the End of 90 Days
Personal Clarity
A deep, articulate understanding of your own purpose, values, and the conditions you need to lead at your best — and a decision-making compass rooted in who you actually are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.
Team Understanding
A leadership group that genuinely knows what drives each other — replacing assumption and misread intention with empathy, honesty, and real collaboration that doesn’t require you to referee
Organizational Alignment
A company WHY that isn’t a slogan, backed by individual purpose connections that make the mission feel personal for every leader on your team.
A Communication System
Practical tools and language that let your leadership team carry clarity through the organization consistently — so alignment isn’t dependent on you being in every room.
Your Playbook
Everything documented, everything transferable, and built to outlast the engagement and grow with your organization.
Why Delta Catalyst Lab

Rachel knows what it’s like to sit in the seat you’re sitting in.
She’s spent decades in executive roles and knows the particular exhaustion that comes from carrying a vision that your team can’t quite see the way you see it. From making decisions without anyone who can truly be a neutral sounding board. From feeling like the organization’s momentum depends entirely on your own.
That experience shapes the way Rachel works. She’s not here to hand you a framework and send you on your way. We do the work alongside you — asking the questions nobody else is asking, naming the things that are going unnamed, and helping you build a leadership team that can genuinely carry the mission forward without you having to be everywhere at once.
Rachel’s approach is informed by the Simon Sinek WHY Discovery process, which supports the clarity at the core of her work. Her experience with the process has shown it to be a direct path to the kind of clarity that actually changes how leaders lead.
