Week 1

This is the session you’ve been curious about since you finished the book.

In a focused 2-3 hour conversation, we go deep into your story. Not your resume. Not your achievements. Your story — the experiences, moments, and chapters of your life that have shaped the way you see the world and the contribution you’re uniquely wired to make.

I listen for what you can’t hear yourself. The patterns. The themes. The Golden Thread that runs through everything — and that, once named, makes everything make sense.

At the end of this session, you’ll have:

  • Your personal WHY Statement — your core purpose, stated in a single powerful sentence that will make you stop and think: that is exactly it
  • Your HOWs — the values and strengths that define how you show up at your absolute best

    You’ll walk away with: Your personal WHY Statement and HOWs Profile — a written document that becomes your leadership compass for the rest of your career.
