This phase begins with a WHY Discovery session — a deep-dive process based on Simon Sinek’s Start With Why methodology — to uncover your core beliefs, driving values, and the purpose that has been running underneath every decision you’ve made in your career.

This isn’t a personality test. It’s an excavation. You’ll leave this phase with a clarity about your professional identity that most executives never find — and that clarity becomes the strategic foundation for everything that follows.

Weeks 4–6

Build strategic relationships with the people who decide what happens to your career.
