No idea what to think of this company.
I submitted three shipping inquiries: shipments from Africa to different parts of the world.
I also included several notes.
The quote came through, but my notes and follow-up questions were not answered. At the same time, they kept asking me things like “what’s the status of your planned trips?” and “do you have any further questions?”
I asked those questions repeatedly – feedback: none.
But I kept receiving messages like “We just wanted to check in to see if you are still interested in shipping…” in my inbox.
Thanks for absolutely nothing.
Conclusion: If shipping already costs a fortune and there are numerous hidden fees, you at least expect good support – someone who gives you a sense of security and guides you through the process. Especially when, like us, you’re new to shipping.
So it’s better to go with a private shipping agent who has built a solid reputation and can be relied upon.
